How do I book?

For picnics under 6 people, fill out the booking form found here in our website. Please note that no date is guaranteed until your picnic is finalized and we receive a down payment. Once we receive your booking form, we get in touch with you to finalize any additional requirements.

For larger picnics (over 6 people), a dedicated staff member will get in touch with you to finalize any additional requirements and will send you a proposal.

How far in advance do I need to book?

There is no minimum time required to book, if we are available and able to accommodate special requests, we will immediately block the date and time for you. The more notice you can give, the better!

Do you stay during our picnic?

We do not stay during your picnic. We leave when you arrive and come back after the reservation time, however, if you need us sooner than expected, you can contact us, and we will be on-site within.

What if we have to leave sooner than expected?

Yes, you can, however, please keep in mind that you are responsible for all the items until we return. Please allow 25 minutes for us to get back at the site for proper handling.

Can we bring additional food or drinks?

Absolutely! Guests are allowed to bring additional food and beverage items.

What if the weather is bad?

We do not have a cancellation fee if you need to reschedule your picnic due to bad weather.

We do not refund bookings on the basis of bad weather, but we will happily accommodate last minute location changes or rescheduling (subject to availability).

Where do you set up?

Anywhere you wish! In your backyard, at the beach, at the park, or even in your hotel room for those surprise romantic getaways! We make recommendations of course based on your preferences.

For any location set in a public park or public beach, posted rules must be followed. Rules include but not limited to no bonfires and no alcohol. Please refer to your local town's website for more information.

PAYMENT

Our preferred method of payment is by direct bank transfer.

For intimate gatherings (under 6 people), we require 50% down payment which will serve as an initial payment towards the total amount to reserve your booking. The remaining balance must be settled at least three (3) days prior to event date.

For larger gatherings (over 6 people), your payment information will be in your contract.
